Student Registration

  • Welcome to Wilmington! In order to register your child for school in Wilmington, you would go to the school in which your child will attend. On the right, you will find a list of School By Street. 


    To then register a student for school, the parent or guardian must bring the following information to the school the child will attend:

    • Massachusetts Transfer Slip (if enrolling from another MA district) with SASID number
    • Birth Certificate (Original ~ must have seal) or equivalent official document for proof of age (e.g. Passport)
    • Current IEP (if applicable) with parent signature
    • Health record (listing up-to-date immunizations)
    • Proof of Wilmington Residency located on right side of page. 
    • Proof of Physical Custody (if applicable)

     

Where will my child go to school?

  • Please use the provided guide to view your Wilmington Public School district by resident street.

    • Kindergarten students attend the Wildwood Street and Boutwell Street Schools. 
    • Grades 1-3 attend the Woburn Street School and the Shawsheen School. 
    • Grades 4 and 5 attend the North Intermediate School and the West Intermediate School. 
    • Grades 6-8 attend Wilmington Middle School. 
    • High School Students attend Wilmington High School.
