- The actual FY2026 property tax bills for 3 rd Quarter and 4 th Quarter will be calculated in December 2025 after the FY2026 tax rate has been approved by the Massachusetts Department of Revenue.
- Assuming the debt exclusion ballot question is approved by voters in September 2025, it is anticipated that the first year of debt service for the Elementary School will become part of the tax levy in FY2027.
