Jeanette earned her Bachelor’s degree in 1994 and Master’s degree in 2013 at Salem State. She has been a registered nurse for twenty-eight years and has consistently worked in an acute care setting throughout my career. Her areas of specialty include Intensive Care, Interventional Radiology, Noninvasive Cardiology and Case Management in the emergency room and inpatient units. Many of these years, she worked at a public health hospital in Massachusetts which involved a very diverse population. It provided her an experience to care for patients while acknowledging and addressing any potential public health issues that may interfere with optimizing healthy outcomes. She is looking forward to working with the students, parents and staff at the Wilmington Middle School.

Leah earned her BSN from the University of MA at Lowell in 1993. With more than 30 years in nursing, Leah comes to Wilmington Middle School with seven years of school nursing experience in the Groton-Dunstable Regional School District as a HS nurse. She most recently was working at Innovation Academy Charter School caring for students in grades 5-12. Prior to school nursing, Leah worked as a medical/surgical nurse at Hallmark Health Lawrence Memorial Hospital.
