This very successful program is designed to meet the needs and schedules of parents and their children in grades K-7 and runs in conjunction with the school calendar year of 180 days. (We intend to offer additional programs during vacations). The morning schedule includes a light breakfast, informal activities, and supervised leisure time while the afternoon program provides a snack and more structured activities in addition to some “down time” after a long day.

*Please Note….If enrollments at any individual site are not sufficient to maintain the cost of running the program, the program may not operate.

Please be certain to fill in the days/sessions you intend to send your child. Please choose carefully as a $20.00 per child non-refundable registration fee, plus your 1st month’s tuition (also non-refundable) is required at this time. Once your enrollment is received you can consider your child/children have been enrolled unless we contact you otherwise.

Enrollment -Once you have enrolled your child we will presume that s/he is enrolled for the full academic year. That said, we do understand that circumstances may arise that do require a change. If that occurs, please know that you must request that change on the change form provided, as soon as possible. Please see the letter and schedule change form on our website for details.

Staffing – Staffing for the C.A.R.E.S. Program is by qualified personnel, including certified teachers, adult and college-aged group leaders and high school students. The adult-to-child ratio is 1:10 to assure proper supervision and to keep our children safe.
