We want to send a big thank you to all the 4th graders and their families that attended the literacy night on 10/25. We had a huge turnout and we hope you all had a great time learning about new strategies and resources to support literacy! Each station focused on a different element of reading to promote family-student literacy interactions at home. We had Barbara Raab representing resources from the Wilmington Public Library, Mrs. Provensal (Technology Coordinator K-5) sharing digital resources via the computer, as well as 10 other engaging stations including one where students got to take home a free “just right” book! The Scholastic Book Fair was open for families to shop for books as well. Thank you for a very successful third annual literacy night!
