"Executive Functioning: A Deeper Dive into Strategies and Skills"

Wilmington Public Schools invites you to participate in a Parent Workshop that will take a collaborative approach to building Executive Functioning skills such as, improved self control, organizational skills and goal setting at any age. This presentation is a follow up to the February 7th workshop. Time will be allotted to work through scenarios as a group as well as an opportunity for concrete takeaways. Attendance at the initial Executive Functioning presentation is not a prerequisite for this workshop. All are welcome! APRIL 11, 2023 5:30PM-7:00PM IN PERSON AT WHS LARGE GROUP INSTRUCTION ROOM

 Wilmington Public Schools invites you to participate in a Parent Workshop that will provide tools and resources for developing a set of skills to improve attention and self control, goal setting, and organizational skills at any age level. This workshop will be a combination of practical tips and tricks as well as an opportunity for Q&A. This presentation will be hosted by our district Social Emotional Learning and Family Engagement Specialists, Erin Dunham and Sara-Jean Phillips. February 7th, 6pm @WHS LGIR

The Office of Student Support Services includes a number of specialties that support the learning of all students. Program oversight includes Special Education, School Counseling and Clinical Services, Preschool Programming, Section 504, Civil Rights, Title 9, Nursing Services, and Behavioral Health. Included are specialists in the areas of Speech and Language Pathology, Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, Special Education, School Psychology, and Board Certified Behavior Analysts.
